Gentleman Jim

He has already earned the

nickname of Gentleman Jim from

one of the residents who has

been at Hastoe Park for 39 years.

James has made a good start on

the grounds maintenance,

ordered new recycling bins which

are now in place and the estate

is free from litter and the unsightly

clear recycling bags that used to

be left on top of the bins.

Residents are most impressed at

the time James takes with our

elderly and more vulnerable

tenants and say he is always

willing to help and go that extra

mile. James has also sourced a

new supplier for the lights at

Hastoe Park, they are delivered

direct to the office and we

make a saving on what we used

to pay.

Hastoe Park residents are singing the praises of new estate officer James

Norton. James is only in his second month on site in Aylesbury and the

residents are really impressed at the difference he has made to the estate.
