The Literary Salon is a pop-up space

exploring literature in many forms to

LITERARY

encompass design, debate, technology

and performance. Housed in an empty

shop, and open for the duration of the

festival, this interactive space offers

SALON

workshops and events for all ages from

a selection of highly acclaimed authors,

artists and poets.

With interactive design elements

and links to the Children’s Illustration

Exhibition at Orleans House Gallery, the

space will also be open as a community

hub for you to air your thoughts and

opinions, ask questions or just spend

some time. The Literary Salon is a new

friendly and welcoming venue for the

2012 festival.
