Using a variety of different types of

literature and increasingly online

content remains important. We did

a magazine in two editions this was

critical in getting across Lucy's

personal story to a way

that resonated with

people. Blue letters also

remain incredibly

effective, especially in

areas who haven't

received them for a while.
