We know people's time is valuable so we always try to resolve enquiries at

the first point of contact. This is how we've performed in 2016/17:

The percentage of enquiries dealt with at the first point of contact by our

Customer Service Team, in 2016/17 was 87% compared to the target of 80%.

The number of online enquiries dealt with by our Customer Service Team in

2015/16 was 1200 compared with 2657 in 2016/17

In 2016/2017 a
