The last few months have helped us all realise the things, no matter
how big or small, that we are grateful for in our lives. Given the current
circumstances, it can be easy to have lost sight of those things that have
still made us smile - those moments that we have appreciated, those
times that have helped to put a spring in our step.
We want you to write down the five things that you have been
most grateful for especially in the last few months.

your fridge door? Have them next to your bed? Fold them up in your pocket?
That way, you'll always be reminded of at least five reasons for you to smile
and be positive during this challenging time.
