Bowers Group's display at MACH

includes the ingenious MicroGauge

2-point bore gauging system.

The extremely compact gauge is designed

for the accurate measurement of bores

from 1.0 - 6.0 mm and features a completely new integral digital readout.

Also being demonstrated is the company's

most accurate bore gauging system to

date, the Bowers Ultima. The class-leading

Ultima range can accurately measure bore

sizes from 1 - 300 mm with a choice of

resolutions up to 0.0001 mm.

Fresh from its triumph at the recent MTA's

Manufacturing Industry Awards, Bowers

Group has a wide range of precision measuring solutions on its stand where

it will also

distribute copies of its new Product

Catalogue.

Reflecting the all-inclusive nature of Bowers'

expanding range, a wide selection of new

Sylvac measuring instruments will be exhibited, including the NEW D300s V2 digital

readout along with the NEW D70S Multifunction Compact Touchscreen

Display

Unit, Digital indictors with Bluetooth connectivity and 0.0001mm resolution

and

micron reading calipers.

There is also a wide range of both Sylvac

and Trimos height gauges, from basic shop

floor models, up to very precise, computerised 2D variants along with the Flagship

Trimos Labconcept Premium Horizontal

Calibration Machine, the NEW Wyler

BlueLEVEL-2D and the recently launched

Windows DYNAM software for use with the

dynamic measuring Zerotronic Sensors.

Further extending Bowers' material testing

range is the high-precision Diavite DH-8

surface roughness tester. Despite the

portable unit's compact size and cost effective price, the powerful instrument is capable

of performing countless, extremely

accurate measuring routines. The NEW

Universal Testing machines from Innovatest

with the Nemesis 9001 and the Nexus

7501, with built-in touch screen display, are

other attractions.

With the continued activity in the Oil and Gas

Industry Bowers will also have the world

renowned Gagemaker JSS Thread

Measuring System on Display along with the

demonstrations of the unique TDWIN TAPER

Thread Calculation Software Program

INGENIOUS MICRO GAUGE SYSTEM ON SHOW

5-AXIS SOLUTION AT MACH

The ScanAlign® photogrammetry

system from Europac3D is used to

obtain flawless scanning with no

incremental errors on large parts or

components and is being demonstrated at MACH.

The system is designed to work with

Artec Eva and Artec Spider handheld

scanners. Large and complex objects

can now be accurately scanned by

combining the real-time scanning of

the Artec Eva or Spider with a calibrated network of markers placed on

the object to be scanned.

Using photography from a pre-calibrated Nikon camera, xyz coordinates

of

the coded markers are fed into the Eva

or Spider to supply an accurate reference system around

the component.

The whole process is quick and simple.
