The CNC machine simulation, verification and optimisation software
simulates all types of CNC machining, including drilling and
trimming of composite parts, water jet, riveting, robots, mill/turn
and parallel kinematic/hexapods.

focus on full integration with the CAD/CAM and machine tool industry.

Machine simulation with VERICUT detects collisions and near-misses
between all machine tool components such as axis slides, heads, turrets,
rotary tables, spindles, tool changers, fixtures, workpieces, cutting tools, and other user-defined
objects. 'Near-miss zones' can be
set up around the components to check for close calls, and detect
over-travel errors. Machine movements can even be simulated while
stepping or playing backwards in VERlCUT's Review Mode.

Among these is the range of HCR1135 inserts for steel turning
under unstable and difficult machining conditions. These inserts
complete WNT's steel turning range complementing the existing
HCX 1115 and HCX1125 series of inserts.
Operating in the ISO P35 range, the HCR1135 inserts are ideal for
applications where the component has intermittent or difficult-tomachine surfaces, such as forgings and cast steel components with
hard skins, or where the cut is heavily interrupted.
Typical materials that can be cut with HCR1135 are all steel alloys,
iron castings and stainless steels.
