Products & Services: A detailed breakdown of

what your store will offer and how it will make

these goods and services available to customers, including your staffing

plans.

The Promotional Push: Explain the marketing

strategy you will use to convey the advantages

of your store to consumers.

The Finances: This part of the plan should

begin with a detailed breakdown of the cost of

operation of your store, with start-up cost projections, an

estimated annual budget, and sales

projections for at least the first year.

Your Contribution: Explain how much you are

investing in the business, and the sources.

Outside Investors: Identify who is investing

and how much they are contributing, and what

they expect for their money.

Need: If you are trying to attract a loan or woo

other investors, use all of the above to demonstrate how

much you need and why your store

represents a good investment.
