Caring for around 95 young
people with severe autism brings
unique challenges; because many
are non-verbal and have complex
learning needs, it can be hard
to understand why behaviours,
incidents or health needs arise.
One of the ways we help to give our young people
a voice and gain a clearer idea of their thoughts,
feelings and wellbeing is by collecting large volumes
of data on a daily basis. Previously, we used a
paper-based system which was time consuming and
inefficient - so we came up with a smart digital
solution called Prior Insight.
