CHECK OUT - Checkout is by 11am. On the last night of your stay your bill will be printed

by the Night team and placed under your door. Please dial 0 any time after 7.30am if you

have any queries, and to pay the bill over the phone. Should you require assistance with

your bags, please contact Reception who can send a Porter to collect your bags. Please

note that your luggage will need to be placed outside your room ready for collection.

Once you have vacated your room and settled the bill, please place your key in the key

box at Reception.

DINING -

Breakfast - Full English and continental breakfast are served from 7.30am - 10.30am

daily in Smith's Brasserie.

Lunch - Lunch is served in Smith's Brasserie from 12.00pm.

Afternoon tea - Afternoon tea is served daily between 1.00pm - 4.30pm in one of our

beautiful lounges and Oak Bar, or, weather permitting, on the South Terrace. Booking is

essential. Reservations can be made with Reception or the Resort team.

Dinner - Dinner is served between 5.00pm - 9.30pm daily in our Smith's Brasserie.

Booking is essential - please contact Reception for more information.

Room service - We offer a 24 hour room service menu that includes light lunches,

suppers and a selection of hot and cold drinks. The room service menu can be found in

your room. For details or to make an order, please contact room service on 5106.

DOGS - Well-behaved dogs are permitted in all bedrooms by prior agreement, but must

be caged if left alone. Outdoor kennels are also available on site. Dog bins are situated

around the grounds, please refer to the estate map for the locations. Dogs are permitted

in the Cathedral Room, hotel Reception area, the seated area under the main stairway

as well as outdoors on the estate. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not

permitted on the golf course. The Pooch Parlour is available for guests to use to wash and

groom their dogs (see Reception for more information).

GOLF - The 18-hole championship course at Bovey Castle was designed by J F

Abercrombie in 1926 to rival its sister courses at Gleneagles and Turnberry. The course

offers a wonderful challenge to golfers of all standards.
