Brasserie Festive



Arrive to afternoon tea served in the lounges, then

enjoy mulled wine and carols from St Mary's Choir

of Boys and Men from 5.30pm in the Knights Suite,

followed by a set dinner menu, with guests seated

at large tables. Midnight Mass is available at the

local church with mince pies and hot chocolate

upon your return.


A full English breakfast will set you up for all the

present opening. In the morning why not enjoy the

fresh air and beautiful scenery by taking up our

mindful walk and garden trail, or a relaxing swim

in the Elan Spa pool. The rest of the day will be

spent eating, drinking and relaxing with a glass of

Champagne prior to a four course Christmas Day

lunch (choose from either our award winning Dining

Room or Brasserie). The afternoon is yours to relax

with our special Christmas cake and tea served in

the lounges. A light evening buffet supper will be

served in The Dining Room.


Wake to a full English breakfast then take

the opportunity to explore the local towns of

Leamington Spa, Warwick or Stratford upon Avon

or even take a drive into the Cotwolds. In the

afternoon relax with tea and homemade scones

in front of the fire. Join fellow guests for a glass of

Champagne and canapés prior to a sumptuous

three course dinner served in our Knights Suite with

live music throughout the evening.

Roulade of turkey, parsnip puree, sprouts,

roasted potatoes, chipolatas, roast gravy

Braised blade of beef, truffled mash,

caramelised onion, braised carrots, red wine jus

Slow cooked venison haunch, haggis

croquettes, braised red cabbage, red currant jus

Roasted vegetable & spinach strudel, chestnut

& cranberry salad


Pear & almond frangipane tart,

Winter spiced ice-cream

Christmas pudding parfait,

warm Amaretto sauce

Dark chocolate marquise, coffee ice cream

Spiced plum sponge, yoghurt sorbet
