In the academic 2020/21 year, Healthy
You is growing.
The theme for the year will be self-care
- which is when a person deliberately
chooses to do activities which help to
take care of their physical, mental and
emotional health.
Workshops, programmes and events
will run throughout the year focusing
on specific areas of self-care.
Sarah added: "Being able to recognise
when one is struggling with physical,
mental or emotional health is hugely
important as it is the first step towards
finding solutions to those problems.
"At a time when the challenges
coronavirus has presented to everyone's
health are still emerging, it felt
important to have a strong focus on
self-care for the coming year."
Meanwhile, as part of the Healthy You
programme, after the success of the
Prior's Court 5k Challenge in July, the
plan is to have regular fun runs staged,
with the events being themed based on
the time of the year.

updates and success stories.
Prior Insight is growing
/priorscourt
Our Prior Insight platform
continues to grow.
Our ground-breaking, bespoke digital
platform, which gathers rich data about
autism as a condition, is expanding into
other areas of life at Prior's Court.
One addition has been HR systems
have been integrated which allows for
non-desk-based staff to have easier
access to booking leave, changing
personal details and keeping on top
of their training (which also helps the
organisation's tracking of compliance).
Meanwhile, a Parent Portal has also
been launched so the parents of our
young people can access core reports
about their child. This includes topics
such as their fluid intake, their diet
and their activities. As this platform
develops and the amount of data made
available grows, this will help parents
to better understand their child which
in turn should make visits home more
comfortable and enjoyable for all
members of the family.
Further new functions are being rolled
out this Autumn which will be covered
in further detail in the next edition of
Prior's Court News.
All of these additional functions are
helping members of staff at Prior's
Court to better support and nurture our
young people.
