Over the last few months, we have had a
number of new young people start their
journey at Prior's Court.
Oliver, Misha, Samuel, Anton, Helena, and Rudi
have all joined Prior's Court School on residential
placements.
We have also had to say goodbye to a few young
people who have moved on to further placements.
Millie, who, after more than six years at Prior's Court,
has moved on to a further adult placement where
she will be able to learn and grow. At her graduation
in the summer, Millie was described by her staff as
'the perfect combination of beauty and brawn' and
will be missed greatly.
Following Millie was Tom, who moved on to a new
placement in Hertfordshire after almost six years
here at Prior's Court. Tom's gentle nature and love
of the outdoors made him a joy to work with and
will also be missed greatly. The team in Tom's house
came in for huge praise from his new provider for
their work in supporting his transition.
We also said goodbye to Harry, who has been with us
for almost 11 years. Harry thrived here at Prior's Court
but has moved on to a new placement where he will
continue to blossom.
Noah joined Prior's Court in 2011 and after nearly
12 years with us, he said his goodbyes at the
beginning of August. Noah has a new placement in
Ravenswood, where we are confident he will flourish.
Finally, we said goodbye to Matthew, who joined
the Prior's Court family in 2019 where he was able
to explore his love of catering, hospitality, and landbased
learning. Matthew is moving to a supported
living provision closer to home.
Warm welcomes to new faces and
fond farewells to familiar ones
