Goodbye to Mike…
… and hello to Ryan
After eight years at Prior's Court, during
which time he led us through a pandemic, a
tragic minibus accident, and a performance
at Abbey Road, Mike Robinson has stepped
down as our Chief Executive Officer.
A leaving party for Mike was held in July
featuring a performance by the Prior's Court
Band, gift-giving, emotional speeches and, of
course, cake.
At the end of June, Mike completed a 60mile fundraising
hike for our Performing Arts
Centre appeal as a "farewell challenge" during
which he was joined by a number of Prior's
Court staff and young people.
Mike smashed his £5,000 fundraising target
with the support of his family and friends,
the wider Prior's Court community and even
complete strangers he met on the walk.

Our new Chief Executive Officer, Ryan
Campbell CBE, came on board at the
end of July.
Ryan has a wealth of experience in
the charity sector, including roles with
mental health and children's hospice
charities.
His most recent role before joining
Prior's Court was as Chief Executive
Officer of a residential school and
college for disabled young people with
complex needs.
Speaking about the role, Ryan said:
"Prior's Court is an incredible place. It
is absolutely at the forefront of helping
autistic young people with some of
the most complex needs to thrive.
"To have the opportunity to work with
those young people, alongside one of
the most expert and dedicated staff
teams there is, is a huge privilege."
