Interview Details
A member of the Essex County Council Resourcing Team will be in touch to provide your interview details and you will also receive confirmation of your interview via email.
Confirm your Attendance: When you receive your interview confirmation, please respond to confirm your attendance.
Can’t make the date? Don’t worry, we know that plans change.
We will do our best to rearrange your interview where possible.

Interview PreparationInterview Practice - It is natural to feel nervous prior to a formal interview, especially if you haven't attended an interview for a little while. To get into the practice of thinking about how you may answer an interview question, it may help to research common interview questions and think about how you would answer these and what examples you could share.
Try asking family or friends to ask you example questions, to help you practice and feel ready.
