Mallory Court Hotel - Delegate Charter 2026
Guest tip: To reduce food waste, we aim to cater for the actual number of delegates,
including dietary requirements, attending your event/meeting therefore we request final
numbers in advance.
We have launched new conference menus inspired by the gardens at Mallory Court.
Ingredients come from the garden and the menu served in small bowls, with the aim to
nourish guests and produce less food waste.
Sustainable Procurement
We carefully source products and services that meet high environmental standards,
including:
• Locally produced and fair-trade items
• Eco-certified suppliers
• Minimised packaging
A proportion of our drinks are delivered in recyclable or recycled packaging, and our linen
supplier operates with industry-leading sustainability practices. We also partner with Entegra,
the world's largest food group purchasing organisation, in collaboration with our food
suppliers who are quantified by Eco-Vadis to strive to provide local, sustainable and ethical
food procurement practices.
Our conference and events stationery is included within the event packages. We currently
have a stock of materials that we are gradually using up, and once these supplies are depleted,
they will not be replaced. If you would prefer that these materials are not available at your
event, please let us know.
Biodiversity & Landscaping
Our 10-acre estate is maintained to enhance local biodiversity. From pollinator-friendly
plants and herbaceous borders to our on-site kitchen garden, every aspect of our
landscaping is designed with purpose.
We even house our own bee colony at the bottom of the grounds, whose honey you can buy
at reception. Our thoughtful planting, including buddleia and other bee-friendly species,
ensures a thriving ecosystem.
