Awareness Week

Foundation, this week's theme is kindness.
Kindness strengthens relationships, develops
community and deepens solidarity. It is a cornerstone
of our individual and collective mental health.
Kindness is defined by doing something towards yourself
and others, motivated by genuine desire to make a positive
difference. We have seen so many acts of kindness over the
recent weeks and we know it helps so many. Please visit the
recent staff support guides which are full of useful tools and
techniques to look after your own health and wellbeing.
They also include information on the internal support
mechanisms available to you as well as signposting to some
external resources for further support and guidance.
Whether you're leading a team, working from home or
coming into work, be kind, to yourself and others, and
make sure you are Looking After You.
