January's Event
What did we agree?
For those of you who came to the event in
January, you will remember that you all voted
for the top 3 things that would make a difference
to your staff teams. You voted as follows:
• Facilities/Environment
• Staff Pledge
• Use Fab Friday to connect myth bust issues
you have discovered in your teams
As part of the above, facilities have created a
leaflet to help you to signpost your teams to the
relevant areas for support. Often, when a
problem has been flagged with one of our
facilitators it has been raised with our facilities
team who hadn't been made aware of it, and
were able to resolve it very quickly. This may
have been simple things such as facility
supplies to ordering equipment. By highlighting
the correct numbers and signposting our teams
we hope to cut out some of the frustrations they

page. We have to be honest - it wasn't used
very much! It is really important that we learn
from one another and share our experiences
and as a result we now have a closed facebook
account set up for our network. Please click
