The survey module can be used in any of three
ways to gather data and feedback from readers.
PageTiger has a solution for capturing the reader's
email address and answers to multiple choice
questions. Diisplay a 'Thank You' message on
completion and take the reader to another page.
For a more detailed survey, including allowing
readers to upload their own files, select from
dropdown lists and entering their own information,
use the TigerCapture powered by JotForm.
And if you already have an existing survey then it
can be embedded in your publication like this
example from Survey Monkey.
Whichever option you choose, it's simple to drag
anddrop the survey module onto your publication's
