REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. From the outset:
• DPE (energy efficiency of the property) - essential
for us to market your property
• Full diagnostic reports and drainage report -
these can reduce negotiations from buyers,
meaning all parties are fully aware and educated
from the out-set.
• A copy of your title deeds - you should have the
original, however your notaire will be able to
provide you with a copy.
2. Once the offer has been accepted:
• Pool alarm conformity certificate - clearly showing
the NF conformity code. If this is lost then contact
the provider who should be able to produce a
copy.
• All paperwork pertaining to renovations and/or
planning - this can be a legal minefield, however
talk to us and we will explain the paperwork re quired
to guarantee the validity of any property
changes you have made, from adding in windows
to renovating an outbuilding or even building a
new home.
