During the pandemic I realized how much Wellness
effects the day-to-day. I started championing
anything Wellness that I could find to my small team
and have been eagerly awaiting to join the Wellbeing
Ambassadors to continue to spread self-care and
happiness to others throughout Capri.
Mindfulness
Find the easiest wellness practices that work for you.
You don't have to do any wellness that is difficult for
you. For example, if yoga is not your thing but a good
sitting and breathing session for 15 minutes works
for you, do that. Wellness is all about you and your
body/mind, so go easy on yourself.
Our minds cannot double/triple task yet we are
always trying to do so many things at once. Try your
morning routine but really focus on each action-
how does the water in the shower feel today, what
does the sound of the coffee brewing really sound
like, why does petting your dog/cat feel like between
your fingers... Take your routine and make it your
own mindfulness session.
I listen to a lot of podcasts on Spotify-The Daily
Shine is my favorite for easy instructor instructor-led
Mindfulness. The Daily Wellness playlists mixes in
your favorite songs with Wellness podcasts-highly
recommend! Peloton Meditation and Yoga classes.
They have free trials for the app often, check it out.
YouTube has a lot of great resources-one recently
recommended to me that I enjoy for meditation is
the Great Meditation channel. Instagram-I am
not telling you to scroll for hours, but add to your
scroll some healthy influencers who are putting their
heart and soul into sharing their wellness tips and
journey with followers. I love The Financial Feminist

Rocchio @Meowmeix and Liz Moody @lizmoody
and Vegan recipes @fitgreenmind, Yoga tips from a
variety of Yogis @yogadailyexercises, Environmental

Follow one and you will find many more with ideas,
values, and communication styles that you prefer!
