How staff are adapting
to homeworking
With around 120 employees shielding at home
because of health concerns and the need to
minimise infection risks to patients and staff by
reducing footfall at The Christie, for around 750
staff (approximately 30% of the workforce) the
'new normal' is homeworking.
Such a big cultural and organisational shift
in such a short period has created new
opportunities and new challenges for staff.
