About the service:
• Provides support and information and raise awareness of the disorder across
the province
• Works in partnership with children, young people and adults affected by AD/HD,
their families and other agencies
• Through support, early intervention and preventative programmes they aim to
build on each child / young person's individual strengths enabling them to
achieve their full potential
There are three referral methods:
• Parental Request for services - Parents can fill out the "Parental Request for
Services" form online to request ADD-NI services on behalf of their child or
young person (under 18)
• Self-Request for Services - An adult can fill out the "Self Request for Services"
form online to refer themselves for ADD-NI's services. This applies to those
who are over 18 years.
• Professional Request for Services - A professional acting on the behalf of a
child, family or individual can make a referral online for ADD-NI's services. On
this form they must indicate what services they are requesting.
