WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?
If you have any food allergy or a dietary requirement
please advise your Travel Agent at the time of booking.
Obtaining the product for many of these requests
requires 30-days notice prior to sailing, and we want
to ensure that we are able to fulfil your request. We
cannot guarantee Kosher Meal requests made within
30 days of sail date.
HOW MANY SUITCASES CAN I BRING?
Each person is allowed up to two pieces of personal
luggage on board, with each piece weighing a
maximum of 22kg. However, if passengers are
traveling by air, they need to check with the airline for
specific restrictions.

You will require:
Valid passport (required for all cruises irrespective of
duration or itinerary)
E-Ticket (provided when you check in)
Visa / Vaccination documentation (if applicable)

WHAT ABOUT GROUP BOOKINGS?

WILL THERE BE SET DINING TIMES?
NCL revolutionised the cruise industry by allowing
guests to enjoy Freestyle Dining, with no set dining
times or pre-assigned seating.
HOW DOES FLY-CRUISE WORK?
By choosing a Fly-Cruise package, we will organise
your flights, transfers and hotel (if applicable) as part
of a package along with your cruise. We are able
to get special airfare deals, often better than you
would find online, and take care of everything for you.
We also offer 24-hour assistance, working with our
Airline Partners in the event of changes to your flight
timetables due to unforeseen circumstances, such as
delayed flight or cancellations.
HOW DO I TRAVEL WITH A DISABILITY?
Guests with physical disabilities and special needs
will be able to find the right accommodation and
environment to suit them. Precautions can be taken to
make your stay as relaxed as possible and all of NCL's
ships offer special staterooms for physically challenged

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY
ON BOARD?
Smoking is prohibited in staterooms, on balconies
and in public areas throughout the ship. If you smoke
regular or electronic cigarettes, you can do so in
designated areas only. On Norwegian Getaway and
Norwegian Breakaway, smoking on The Waterfront is
permitted on the starboard side, except by the outdoor
dining areas. Guests in the Garden Villas may smoke
in their private garden and on their private sun decks.
CAN I HAVE VISITORS?
For security reasons, visitors are not allowed on board.
WHAT ABOUT TIPPING?
A discretionary service charge is automatically added
to your shipboard account for all staterooms (for guests
three years and older). Additional service charges apply
when dining in our speciality restaurants, and of course
you are allowed to tip additionally at your own discretion.
HOW DO I BOOK SHORE EXCURSIONS?
Please discuss with one of our agents at time of
booking.
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET?
All of NCL's ships are equipped with 24 hour internet
cafes and Wi-Fi is also available on board. With Free at
Sea, you can choose the WiFi package as one of your
two extras.
