What is a PDR?
A PDR is an open and honest conversation
between you and your line manager about:
• Your current working environment
and workload
• Your individual objectives, and how
these feed into the overall business
success
• Giving and receiving honest and
constructive feedback
• Identifying skills, knowledge and
behaviours that need recognition or
development
• Agreeing your goals or objectives for
the next 12 months
• Enhancing working relationships
You will have the opportunity to
evaluate yourself honestly and provide
feedback on your current role, any
training you would like to complete
and your ongoing aspirations.
To prepare for your evaluation you will need to:
Check your training records for details of any
upcoming expiries.
Provide details of any training you would like to
undertake and your reasons.
Use this opportunity to discuss your career at
the Shepley Group, your line manager is there to
support you.
Be open and honest in your evaluation answers to
