performance. This benefits you personally but also helps

and helps structure your individual

most out of your PDR. Being prepared
demonstrates the level of importance
you place on the process.
For a PDR to be effective:
It is important that you reflect on where you believe
your perfomance and development is currently at.
It is also important for your manager to feed back
their views on this.
