Celebrated NBA champion and entrepreneur,
Dwyane Wade, continues his relationship with
the House as the face of Versace eyewear,
wearing sunglass and optical styles from the
latest Men's collection in a series of images and
videos.
Hall of Famer Dwyane played at the highest
levels of the NBA for sixteen years before
retiring in 2019. The New York Times bestselling
author, entrepreneur, producer, and
philanthropist has built a global lifestyle brand.
Dwyane uses his platform to help advance
racial justice and LGBTQ+ equality through The
Wade Family Foundation that provides relief to
marginalized communities in need.
This latest campaign debuts Versace Profiles,
the start of a new project from Versace that
shares a more personal look at the talent who
stars in the House's campaigns. Dwyane was
asked to build a personal profile of himself
through a number of items precious to him and
to share the stories behind them, all while his
physical profile is documented in photographs.
Included in Dwyane's items are his first NBA
championship ring, a camera, and a photo of his
daughter, Kaavia.
He wore Versace to his enshrinement ceremony
into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame earlier
this year and is a regular attendee of Versace
fashion shows.
