DISABILITY EQUALITY
We ensure that all our policies, procedure and
practices do not create an environment that
makes it impossible or unreasonably difficult
for a disabled individual to perform their work
duties.
Here are some of the steps we have taken to
ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to
succeed:
We provide information in alternative formats
such as large font, braille or easy read for
people with learning disabilities or visual
impairments.
We adjust core hours so that staff do not
have to travel in peak hour traffic.
We have altered sickness absence triggers.
We provide accessible parking.
