RACIAL EQUALITY
Racial inequality in the workplace isn't always
an issue of simply who is and isn't hired it
can also be about who is promoted and who
is able to move into positions of power.
Because discrimination may not always be
obvious, we have instigated the following
policies to help promote a friendly work
atmosphere:
We annually review the manual with the
management staff, and explain the company
policies regarding discrimination to all
managers.
We encourage cooperation and equality in
the workplace by creating diverse work
groups and departments throughout the
company.
We alert managers of a complaint and
schedule a meeting the same day.
