All employees of ABC Invest have a right to
work without risk to their health and safety.
Health and safety is about stopping you
getting hurt at work or ill through work. As
your employer ABC Invest has a duty of care
to you. It is our responsibility to ensure any
risks are minimised and properly controlled.
Although we are responsible for your health
and safety, you still have a key part to play.
This means being aware of any potential
issues at work and reporting them to your
line manager immediately.
You are also expected to follow any training
you are given and take reasonable care of
your own and other people's health and
safety. This will be covered in further detail
on your induction day.
