"Staying active on a daily basis is a top priority
in our household. My husband and I try to
instill this in our son by going on a minimum
of three walks a day together. We start our
morning with a 7am walk and end our day with
a 7pm walk, when possible! Living so close to
Jacksonville Beach allows us to hit the sand
weekly and breathing in the fresh salt air is a
huge adrenaline rush for me. My husband and
I use our beach walks as a time to disconnect,
play with our son and pup uninterrupted, and
soak in nature."
