HAPPENINGS@CAPRI
Regardless of how someone might appear to you, you shouldn't assume what their sexual
orientation, gender identity, or gender expression might be. By not making assumptions,
you can show that you are both understanding and supportive of individual identities and
experiences. This is also true for race and ethnicity.

Invisible Disabilities, Supporting Employees With Conditions We Can't See
When you think of a "disability," chances are you think of mobility impairments. But many
disabilities include conditions that are not always apparent to the outside world. Join us
in this webinar replay with Dr. Jessica Isom to learn practical ways that employers and
colleagues can be more inclusive and supportive of those with invisible disabilities in the
workplace.
Training Reminder
Capri offers 3-web based mandatory Diversity and Inclusion trainings: Diversity in the
Workplace, Unconscious Bias, and Microaggressions. To ensure our employees are continuing
