FYI - If a customer expresses, they need further counselling sessions, there is an option for their employer to fund further sessions,
but it is always worth speaking to the key account manager or SME to see if they can explore this option with the company. Top tip -
do not mention this to the customer in case the business do not wish to fund any further sessions.
