Supervision
Supervision and Appraisals are provided for all staff according to our policies and
in accordance with regulations. Supervision is undertaken using a variety of
formats including one-to-one supervision from a senior member of staff, team
meetings and appraisals. Regular check-in meetings are held between managers
and their direct reports, to discuss staff members' goals for the year, their current
state of mind, training opportunities and more. The aim is for all staff to have 12
check-ins per year.
