THE SERVICE OVERVIEW
A fully insured, UK wide, mobile patrol, key holding & alarm response service in
accordance with BS7984 requirements - (Key Holding & Response Code of
Practice) for commercial and domestic customers (including a number of
'sensitive' and business critical sites where key holding is a major security priority.
We also provide an intrusion and repair management support service through an
approved national supplier list e.g. boarding, glazing and locksmiths. DOC REF:

Any calls received at our National Operations Centre are recorded for training and
service excellence review purposes.
We employ local mobile staff with local demographic knowledge
On contract award we draft Assignment Instructions (AIs) - tailored to your needs
and secure escalation numbers. Where authorised we will also display Kingdom
warning boards or window stickers.
All customer keys received or returned are controlled via our key movement log.

securely within Kingdom vehicles, All key movements are recorded within our key

completed by the driver on a weekly basis. All keys are held in individual key bags
marked only with the "M Number" (unique code to Kingdom). No other details are
retained within the key bags. In the event of keys being lost or malfunctioning our

To drive compliance all mobile division and company driver associated paperwork
can be located on the Kingdom KONNECT (Blue Ribbon Mobile) portal.
To drive safety, drivers inspect their vehicles at the commencement of every shift.
The internal & external inspection report includes tyre tread, pressure, glass,
