ROUTINE VISIT OR RESPONSE PROCESS
1. Our mobile & response service provides a routine, reactive and preventative service.
For routine visits, our national mobile team complete pre agreed mobile security
checks in line with detailed customer daily beat instruction.
2. Our National Operations Centre prioritises responses by severity e.g. Red, Amber,
Green (RAG) to ensure emergency incidents are always fast-tracked. For example, an
'Officer attack' or burglary in progress will always receive immediate RED status
attention from our response teams.
3. Via our Quartix real-time vehicle tracking system, our national mobile support team
will appoint a driver to attend. The driver will receive collated attendance instructions
and notes via text or email instruction.
4. The appointed driver will attend the scene and notify the Kingdom national mobile
support team of safe arrival.
5. A preliminary observation will be undertaken from the vehicle in order to ascertain
any initial risks.
6. A thorough external and internal check of the premises will be completed and
assessed in compliance with any specific customer attendance instructions (AIs) or to
establish the cause of any activation.
7. Where a Kingdom Patrol Manager system is supplied, the strategically deployed tags
around site provide proof of presence and supporting incident management
information such as photographs captured in real-time.
8. If required, Kingdom will liaise with any necessary external intrusion partners such as
alarm receiving centres to reset any system or with the emergency services in the event
of a serious incident, such as burglary or fire. We will remain on-site and preserve any
scene of crime or manage any repair situation through our national approved supplier
list as required (e.g. boarding, glazing and locksmith companies) and only leave the
property once it is re-secured or upon your instruction.
9. Supplier List Our mobile patrol driver will leave a security & property inspection record
and update the Kingdom National Communications Centre to close the request to
respond and to inform of safe response exit.
