WHAT WAS YOUR
FAVORITE OF THE
CHALLENGE & WHY?
"I thoroughly enjoyed the Wellbingo Challenge, my favorite task was donating old
clothes to a Women's Shelter. January was a great month for sorting through my
ever-growing wardrobe and really thinking about what is essential for me. Rather
than throwing these items away, I donated four rather large bags of coats, knitwear
and winter essentials to a local Women's charity - giving the items a new home to
someone more in need. I believe this to be an exercise well worth doing for anyone
wanting a sort out and I will continue to donate and recycle items in my possession
when they have run their course. It really inspired me to think about how I shop in
the future, and I will definitely be routinely carrying out this exercise and donating
more in the future."

"My favorite challenge was to make a donation to my favorite charity because it is
always a fulfilling feeling to help others who need help. I also enjoyed the challenge
to have a virtual coffee break with a coworker from another store, I had a lovely
coffee break with my ex colleague from Michael Kors in London where I worked for
the past 3 years before I moved back to Latvia."

"Setting my goal for the "create a new work goal to accomplish in the next six
months" was my favorite Wellbingo card challenge. I chose to work on further
developing my communication skills. Focusing on techniques to become a more
effective communicator will allow me to develop into the leader I know I can be."

"My Favourite challenge on the bingo was "Go for a walk outdoors". I love to get
outside and explore my cites river valley. I take advantage of all the beautiful trails
we have. During the past two years of the pandemic I've found that getting outside,
going for a walk and connecting with nature has really helped me. I hope to continue
to enjoy the outdoors, as it has an amazing effect on my mental health."

"My favorite challenge was "Reduce food waste by planning meals before going
grocery shopping." I found this to be not only challenging but life changing. As
a working mom of two, planning is everything. So going to the grocery store can
sometimes be a pain as I just buy anything and everything. So, this really helped me
not only save money but also be able to plan ahead. So now I can actually post on my
fridge what's on the menu for the week and my kids think it's kind of fun too."
