2 years and 8 months.
My boss told me about this possibility. I immediately
accepted because I strongly believe that my
experience can be an example to other colleagues. It
is not true that we (as employees) have no time to
train our wellbeing. There is time, you just have to
create it.
I used to run 3-4 times per week (30km on average)
Running (and playing sports in general) can give
a boost to your energy. And, above all, makes you
happier.
Setting a goal (my latest goal was to run the Lisbon
Half Marathon in October 2021)
Constant, engagement and commitment!
I did end up running the Lisbon Half Marathon
in October 2021 and the final time (1.55h) was
perfectly in line with my expectations!
