A GUIDE FOR LINE MANAGERS:

Operatives Performance Development Reviews (PDR)

FIND FORMS HERE

You will need to complete the Manager's evaluation form during the PDR

discussion on their work anniversary.

If colleague is a PTS holder, you will also need to complete a further form evaluating

their suitability to work trackside. The new forms can by typed on or printed and

completed by hand.

Once the evaluation is completed you will need to return the forms to

COMPLETING THE OPERATIVE PDR PAPERWORK

Your colleague will have been sent a self evaluation to complete in advance of their PDR

It is not mandatory but completion should be encouraged.
