There are so many great opportunities to be found in being part of a
project at CooperVision. We have used past newsletter issues to highlight
different ways to get the best from participating in project work as well as
the many great benefits possible.
As part of the learning needs analysis for 2021, the need was identified for
an understanding of basic project management processes and effective
project governance.
With this in mind we collaborated with the Operations Project
Management group, designed and delivered a two part Foundations of
Project Management programme which takes the learners though the
project lifecycle. Click the book to find out more...
It explores ways of maximising the use of documentation to help with
leading and motivating people; the programme gave learners the
opportunity to get hands on with project templates and work on live
projects with the support of subject matter experts.

The feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly positive and as a
result, we have created a calendar of PM training to support the growing
needs of the business.
