As we head into Autumn, we will all be starting to formulate plans for the future. Some may be on the back of the
Gallup survey, some around VMOST; the PEP process and performance development plans; some around returning
to the office and new hybrid ways of working.
In CooperVision at any one time we have a lot of people involved in business improvement projects and we have
recently introduced a new course "Foundations of Project Management", designed to encourage a common
understanding of the basics of being part of projects.
In this edition we look at how being part of a project team can enhance your career, and ways to manage your time
and responsibilities effectively. We introduce the new "Moments that Matter" series on the Academy, a range of Just
in Time resources; and talk about the unexpected benefits of remote learning opportunities.
Please take the time to have a look at what we have been doing and share this newsletter with your teams.
Please get in touch if we can help you in your development goals.
