With the start of summer and renewed optimism on the horizon, the EU L&D Team would like to take the
opportunity to thank you for your support of our work over the last 12 months.
It is now a whole year since we started the Lunch and Learn sessions as an opportunity to keep people connected
and learning through the pandemic when more traditional development opportunities were limited. As they were all
recorded, we now have a bank of 45+ Learning Webinars available on the Academy for everyone in a range of
developmental topics. Please do encourage your teams to have a look at ones that they may find useful as they start
to think about development plans.
We continue to partner with all areas of the business on a range of developmental and engagement projects and, in
this edition, we are highlighting some actions that have come about as a direct result of the engagement surveys last
year.
