Job Purpose/Summary
The post holder will provide an efficient, accurate professional and comprehensive
recruitment service across the Charity in which they will be based and work collaboratively
with the other Recruitment Coordinators. They will be responsible for recruitment
campaigns within designated directorates & regions.
They will also provide support to the Recruitment Administrator as required ensuring that
there is an appropriate level of service delivery.
The Recruitment Coordinators will have a designated workstream that they provide support
to senior Recruitment hub colleagues.
Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities)
• To manage the recruitment process in accordance with the Charity's recruitment and
selection policy, providing a professional, comprehensive and timely end-to-end
recruitment service, including:
➢ Planning campaigns with hiring managers ensuring campaigns operate efficiently and
in a timely manager and providing manager with best advice on attraction methods
determining the most effective recruitment methods and media sources.
➢ Communicate and update the line managers on all stages of Recruitment and Preemployment
processes on a regular basis.
➢ Manage and liaise with candidates through the recruitment process ensuring a positive
experience.
➢ Draft and issue offer letters and Contracts of employment in an efficient and timely
manner to ensure that selected candidates have a positive recruitment experience and
therefore, good first impression of Marie Curie.
➢ Check that all candidates' declarations have been checked and any issues are escalated
to the Recruitment Operations Team Lead.
➢ Ensure Line Manager's verify any gaps in employment at interview stage and that
managers have provided all interview notes.
