➢ Working with Recruitment Advisor to monitor & provide feedback on the success of
recruitment campaigns.
➢ Ensuring Applicant Tracking System is used for managing all steps in the recruitment
process and updating ATS in a timely and accurate manner and be responsible for the
integrity of held data on that system.
➢ Complete and share with Senior Advisor Recruitment Services metrics and monitoring
reports.
➢ Liaise with recruitment agencies and preferred suppliers as required and manage the
relationship effectively to ensure that Marie Curie are being considered as employer
of choice and recruitment agencies are facilitating this.
➢ Ensure campaign plans and cost information is captured in ATS to ensure that the
process is as efficient and consistent as possible
➢ Liaise with the Recruitment Administrators to ensure that all required preemployment
checks are completed in accordance with the applicable procedures and
timescales.
➢ Provide coaching to Line Managers on all aspects of the recruitment process as
required to ensure that managers have the capability to select the best candidates
for the role.
➢ Escalate any complex issues to Senior Advisor Recruitment Services
• Proactively identify recruitment problem areas in designated directorates/regions and
work with Recruitment Advisor, HR Advisory team and Line Managers proactively resolve
them.
• Provide regular recruitment reports to the region when requested by HR or line managers
• Maintain electronic and paper records to comply with Charity procedures and statutory
requirements.
• Work in partnership with the People Operations hub & Payroll team to resolve employee
queries within agreed timescales, proactively meeting their requirements and supporting
colleagues in meeting the overall objectives of the HR team
• Undertake any other suitable duties as requested
Workstream Deliverables:
The Recruitment Coordinators will have a designated workstream that they provide support
to the Recruitment Advisor and senior Recruitment hub team colleagues. These will be
assigned from the areas below:
- Recruitment process guidance & manager support
- ATS System support & process
- Reporting, monitoring & compliance
- Attraction methods, agency ASL & media buying
