At our store, in order to
improve diversity with clients
and with our own team, we
are creating and practicing
new ideas to follow D&I for
example:
• We have several thank you
notes written in different
languages in order to
give them to our foreign
customers, they really
appreciate the gesture and
always leave our store with a
great smile.
• To improve our team
environment, we have
divided our team into small
groups, one managers, one
cashier, one runner and one
sales assistant to meet 1
every two weeks in order to
talk how they are feeling and
what would make them help
feel more happy at work.
Every 3 months, a new group
its created, so we all can get
to know each other.
• We also have a birthday
calendar with every team
member, and that day, we
manage to celebrate that
special day with the team.

Over the weekend some of my stores had
Pride briefs and trainings to share our
experiences.
Regent St did a LGBTQ+ quiz to raise
awareness and also went through what each
one of the pride flags meant. White City,
Bluewater and Milton Keynes also shared
personal stories of why Pride month is so
important during their team briefs. Each
store also did a little moment to recognize
and celebrate Pride month in each store.
