Barbequed celeriac, roots, herbs
Celeriac and in general root vegetables are
sustainable vegetables and are grown locally in
Scotland. They are seasonally available in the
autumn and winter months. Celeriac's carbon
and water footprint are both low. There is a
growing body of evidence that replacing meat
and dairy with a variety of plant-based foods
can improve both your health and the health of
the planet.
