DEMAND
SUPPLY
With students returning and an influx of new
graduates, demand for London's rental homes
surged over the summer months. Foxtons
registered over 120,000 new renters in the
third quarter of 2021. At the same time,
fewer properties have been listed to rent,
supporting growth in average rents to
pre-Pandemic levels.
