The effectiveness of the service is monitored in a range of ways including a,
independent visitor, monitoring, monthly monitoring of each home, additional
reporting is also undertaken by the Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager
and as part of the organisation's regular feedback to Trustees and in particular
the Education & Care Committee. Individual reports are also provided as
incidents occur, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
This Statement of Purpose is written in accordance with the regulatory
requirements of the Care Quality Commission.
