We're looking for a professional, hands-on pro-active all-rounder, able to multi-task and work without close supervision.
You'll play an integral part to the overall day to day business, responsible for many aspects of the Richmond office across recruitment, compliance, supplier and customer contracts.
Demonstrating a mature positive and professional attitide, you'll need first class organisational skills with the ability to make logical professional decisions.
And as we're a Software business we'd expect you to be IT proficient and have an interest in our product and what we offer.
Hundreds of organisations, including many of the world’s biggest brands, use our software to create interactive documents.

And in 2020 we’re adding tools to engage with customers, suppliers and shareholders to provide solutions for sales, purchasing and finance teams.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for managing and developinGprocesses across the business.
From checking sales contracts, sourcing suppliers and recruiting staff to liaising with legal teams, maintain the office and arranging travel, this role requires proven multi-tasking skills plus an exceptional attention to detail.
