But just like a gym subscription, not every member will use the service and, if they don’t, they're likely to cancel.
Entering 2020 with £1.5m in subscriptions, this role is about engaging users, giving them a good experience when they join and ensuring they get the most from their subscription to ensure they renew.
You’ll have a keen interest in our technology
You’ll have the skills to understand users’ needs and abilities
You’ll have the ability to deliver online orientation sessions
And you’ll have the commercial skills to formulate solutions to engage the disengaged.
